The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of spice cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and molasses until smooth. Then fold in chocolate chips. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Oreo on each cookie dough, and cover fully with cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Gingerbread Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box spice cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and molasses until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
