The only three ingredients that you need is Oreo cookies, red icing, and mini marshmallows. Remove the tops of the cookies, and pipe red icing on the edges of each one. Place marshmallows on the bottom cookie, and sandwich with the tops of the cookies.

Instructions
- Remove the tops of the Oreo cookies. Place a small amount of icing on the edge of each cookie. Place marshmallows on the bottom cookie.
- Place the top one over the marshmallows, frosting side down.
