Oatmeal Raisin White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and chewy oatmeal cookies made with raisins and white chocolate chips. Everyone will love the soft and chewy oatmeal cookies and the delicious flavors of the raisins and the white chocolate chips. They are perfect to bake for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made like a classic oatmeal raisin cookie dough, except for the addition of white chocolate chips mixed into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Oatmeal Raisin White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, and both sugars until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the raisins and white chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
