Creamy chocolate cream cheese filling topped with cherry pie filling over a graham cracker crust. This quick and easy no-bak black forest cheesecake is so quick and easy to prepare. No baking is required for this easy dessert. The cheese cake filling is made with cream cheese and cool whip to create a creamy cheesecake filling. This is perfect to make anytime of the year and for any occasion.
The creamy chocolate cheesecake filling is made by mixing softened cream cheese with sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Cool whip is folded into the cheesecake mixture until it is all combined. Evenly spread the filling into a prepared graham cracker crust. Top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 6 oz. graham cracker crust
  • 2 ( 8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub cool whip, thawed
  • 1 ( 15 oz..) can cherry pie filling

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, with sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Spread mixture into the graham cracker crust. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
