The only three ingredients that you need is a bag of white chocolate chips, a can of vanilla frosting, and crushed mint Oreo cookies. Melt the chocolate chips and frosting together in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fold in crushed mint Oreo cookies. Evenly divide the mixture between a mini Easter bunny shaped candy mold. Freeze until the fudge is completely set. Remove from the molds, and store in the fridge until serving.
Mint Oreo Easter Bunny Fudge
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- 12 oz. vanilla frosting
- 1 cup crushed mint Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips and frosting into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fold in the crushed mint Oreo cookies. Evenly divide the mixture into a Easter bunny candy molds. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Remove from the candy molds.
