Milky Way Cookie Cups

Chewy cookie cups filled with chocolate caramel milky way candy bars. These easy cookie cups make the perfect easy treat to bake for when you need to use up some leftover Halloween or Christmas candy. Or for just about any occasion, everyone will love these easy cookie cups.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic sugar cookie dough, except for the addition of chopped up milky way candy bars folded into the cookie dough. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Milky Way Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped milky way candy bars

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with both granulated sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the milky way candy bars.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
