The only five ingredients that you need is a box of lemon cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, chocolate chips, and green sanding sugar. Mix the cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and roll the cookie dough into balls. Roll each one into a dish of sanding sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup green sanding sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place sanding sugar into a shallow dish.
- Roll cookies into balls and roll each one into the sanding sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
