The only five ingredients that you need is a box of lemon cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, chocolate chips, and butterscotch baking chips. All five ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and butterscotch baking chips.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
