You only need four ingredients to make these easy tasty carrots. Just fresh carrots that have been peeled and sliced. Olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. You can also use baby carrots for this instead of fresh if you would rather. Mix all of the ingredients in a small round baking dish and bake until the carrots are crispy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Place sliced carrots into a small baking dish and mix with olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
