5 ingredients are all you need to make this healthy juicy chicken. Prepare your chicken breast by seasoning both sides of it with Italian seasoning. To make the honey mustard sauce, in a small bowl, whisk together honey, dijon mustard and olive oil. Adding olive oil to the sauce makes the sauce smoother and easier to drizzle the sauce onto the chicken. Evenly drizzle the honey mustard sauce over the seasoned chicken and bake until tender and no longer pink.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Rub Italian seasoning evenly over chicken and place into a large greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard and olive oil. Evenly drizzle mixture over chicken.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
