Homemade fluffy waffles are one of my favorite breakfasts. These waffles are fluffy on the inside on crispy on the outside. They are so quick and easy to make with ingredients that you may already have on hand. You will only need one bowl for these waffles, and the batter takes less than 5 minutes to make. These waffles are great for any day of the week or for a lazy weekend brunch. You can even freeze these waffles to make it that much easier to have homemade waffles any time that you want. Serve with butter and your favorite syrup for a delicious breakfast.

For these waffles, the only ingredients that you need for the dry ingredients are flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mixed with melted butter, eggs and milk. All of the ingredients are mixed together in one bowl, saving time on dishes. You make the waffle batter ahead of time by after you have made the batter, cover and refrigerate it overnight until you are ready to use it. Ladle the waffle batter onto the hot waffle iron and let it cook until the waffles are lightly browned and cooked through. You can also freeze these waffles after they have cooled and store them in the freezer for up to two months.
