Homemade No-Churn Brownie Ice Cream

Easy and creamy homemade ice cream with chocolate brownies and chocolate syrup. This quick and easy homemade ice cream is easy to make without an ice cream maker. All you need to make this sweet frozen dessert is a large bowl and a mixer. Only five ingredients are needed, you can use either a homemade brownie recipe or you can use a premade brownie mix and bake it according to the package directions. This ice cream will stay good in the freezer for up to two months, so you can enjoy a delicious homemade ice cream anytime that you want.

For the brownies, either bake your favorite brownie recipe or use a premade brownie mix. After the brownies have cooled down completely, chop enough brownies to make one cup. In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form and it looks like whipped cream. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk along with vanilla extract, chopped brownies, and chocolate syrup. Pour into freezer-safe containers and freeze for at least 4 hours.

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped brownies
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions
 

  • Beat heavy cream in a large bowl with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, brownies, and chocolate syrup.
  • Pour ice cream mixture into a large freezer safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
