Meatballs are my favorite topping to eat on top of spaghetti. Making them homemade just makes them so much better and more flavorful. These meatballs are quick and easy to make and bake in the oven in less than 20 minutes. I like to serve these meatballs with spaghetti, but they are also perfect for meatball sub sandwiches, casseroles or served as a appetizer for a party.
I used all ground beef for these meatballs, but you can also substitute ground pork or use a mixture of both ground beef and ground pork. Crumble the meat into a large bowl and mix with the grated parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, an egg and milk. Mix all of the ingredients together until combined. Roll the meat mixture into tablespoon sized balls and place them onto greased baking sheets. Bake until the meatballs are browned and the center is no longer pink.
