Quick and easy homemade KFC mashed potato and chicken bowls made at home easy in less than 5 minutes. This meal is so quick and easy to put together using leftovers. You only need five easy ingredients to make this dish, and it tastes just like the bowls from KFC. It only takes a few minutes to put together, and you can heat it all in the microwave to have it ready in just a few minutes.

For these bowls, you can use leftover mashed potatoes and leftover cooked chicken. You can also use some frozen crispy chicken and prepare it according to package directions. The mashed potatoes and chicken are mixed in a microwave-safe bowl with corn, prepared gravy, and shredded cheddar cheese. Microwave for one minute, just until everything is heated through and the cheese has melted.

  • 1 cup mashed potatoes, heated
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked crispy chicken
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/3 cup brown gravy
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes with chicken, corn, gravy and shredded cheddar cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, until the cheese has melted.
