Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 large carrots, peeled, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots and onion. In a small bowl, whick together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix dressing with coleslaw.
