Soft and chewy Halloween sugar cookies made with a box of cake mix and made purple with food coloring. Each cookie is also stuffed with a green Halloween themed chocolate twix candy bar. Everyone will love the fun green chocolate surprise in each cookie this Halloween.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring and sprinkles. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place one twix candy bar in each cookie and roll into balls. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Halloween Twix Stuffed Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- purple food coloring
- 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
- Halloween Twix candy bars
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the purple food coloring and mix until it is fully purple. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and place one Twix candy bar in each cookie dough. Roll into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
