Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies made for Halloween using purple, green and orange food coloring in the cookie dough. The cookies are also rolled in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, giving the cookies a delicious snickerdoodle flavor. They are perfect to bake this Halloween season.
The cookie dough is made similar to a classic chocolate chip cookie dough, except that it is divided into three bowls. One is mixed with purple food coloring, one with orange, and one with green. Chocolate chips are divided into each cookie dough. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
