It is quick and easy to make the blondie batter, all you need is one large mixing bowl to mix all of the ingredients together in.
The blondie batter is made by whisking all of the ingredients together until smooth. Fold in Halloween themed sprinkles, and spread the mixture into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the blondies comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Fold in the sprinkles. Spread the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
