Grinch Snickerdoodle Cookies

Sharing is caring!

Soft and chewy snickerdoodle cookies made green with food coloring, and topped with a mini heart shaped sprinkle for the Grinch. These easy chewy snickerdoodle cookies make the perfect treat to bake for any Christmas or Grinch themed party this year.

The cookie dough is made like a classic sugar cookie dough, except for the addition of green food coloring added to the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll each one in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and top each one with heart sprinkle.
