The chocolate chips are first melted in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Green food coloring is then added in until it is fully green. Use a fork to fully coat each cookie into the melted chocolate. Set them onto plates and place one heart sprinkle onto each cookie. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
