Green Velvet Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
