Garlic Butter Mac and Cheese Biscuit Bites

Fluffy garlic butter biscuits stuffed with creamy mac and cheese. These easy garlic butter mac and cheese biscuit bites are perfect to bake for a game day snack or appetizer, or as a fun side dish. They are easy to make, and you can use leftover mac and cheese for the biscuit filling. Everyone will love this easy and delicious appetizer.

The only five ingredients that you need for these mac and cheese bites is a can of biscuit dough, some prepared mac and cheese, melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. The garlic butter mixture is made by mixing melted butter with minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Unroll the biscuit dough, and flatten each biscuit slightly. Place some of the prepared mac and cheese in each biscuit dough, and roll it into a ball. Place the filled biscuits onto a large greased baking sheet. Brush each one with garlic butter mixture. Bake until the tops are lightly browned.

Garlic Butter Mac and Cheese Biscuit Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 1 cup prepared mac and cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F. Separate the biscuit dough into biscuits, and flatten each one slightly. Place a small amount of mac and cheese in each biscuit, and roll it into a ball.
  • Place the biscuits onto a large greased baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Brush the mixture evenly over the biscuit dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
