Quick and easy cheesy garlic bread. There is no yeast in this dough, meaning no rise time, making it quick to make. Cheesy quick bread with an easy to make a batter that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. All you need for this recipe is a large bowl, whisk and a loaf pan. Whisk all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly spread the batter out into the loaf pan and bake until the top of the bread is golden brown.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, parsley and oregano. Add in minced garlic, cheese, milk, egg, and oil. Whisk until until smooth.
  • Spread batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
