You only need two ingredients to make these quick and easy s’mores. Chocolate fudge stripe cookies are used instead of graham crackers for these s’mores. Because the cookies have chocolate, you won’t need to use any additional chocolate. You just need to add a marshmallow to the cookies and make for a few minutes, then sandwich with another cookie. They make a great summertime treat that you can make inside.
To bake these s’mores, place half of the cookies on a baking sheet and top each one with one marshmallow. Bake just for a couple of minutes, until the marshmallows start to puff up slightly. Remove from the oven and sandwich with another cookie. You can also make these s’mores the traditional way, by roasting a marshmallow and sandwiching between two fudge stripe cookies.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Place half of the cookies onto a baking sheet. Top each with one marshmallow. Bake for 3-4 minutes.
- Sandwich with the remaning half of cookies.
