Soft and chewy snickerdoodle cookie cups filled with Fourth of July themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. These easy cookie cups make the perfect easy treat to bake this summer. Everyone will love the chewy texture of the cookie cups and the delicious white chocolate and snickerdoodle flavors in these easy cookie cups.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic sugar cookie dough, except with the addition of Fourth of July themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies into a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Fourth of July White Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Fourth of July sprinkles
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies into the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
