Football Oreo Balls

These fun no-bake Oreo balls are made into footballs, making them a fun dessert for game day, the super bowl, or for a sports-themed birthday party. They are quick and easy to make, you won’t even need to use the oven. You only need four simple ingredients to make these truffles, they are covered with melted chocolate and decorated with icing to make them look like footballs. Make these fun treats the next time you want to enjoy a sports-themed treat with your family. 

The only ingredients that you need to make these fun Oreo balls, are a package of Oreo cookies, cream cheese, chocolate chips, and icing. Crush the Oreo cookies in a large plastic bag and then mix them with the cream cheese. Form the mixture into small oval shapes, set onto plates and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until melted and smooth. Fully coat each Oreo truffle into the melted chocolate and set onto plates. Let the chocolate set before decorating with the icing, then let set completely before serving.

  • 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • white icing

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese. Form mixture into oval shapes. Set onto plates, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave in 30-second intervals, until melted and smooth. Dip each Oreo truffle into the melted chocolate, set onto plates. Let chocolate set. Drizzle with icing in a football pattern. Let set completely.
