Scrambled eggs is one of the first dishes that you learn how to make. They only take about 5 minutes to cook and the only ingredients are eggs and butter. These eggs are fluffy and buttery, no milk or cream is required to create these. Because these eggs are so quick to make, they are my favorite busy weekday breakfast. You can also roll the eggs up into a tortilla to make a breakfast burrito, or serve them with some sausage or bacon for brunch.
Beat eggs with salt, pepper and cold butter. The butter melts with the eggs while it cooks, creating a more buttery and fluffy scrambled eggs. If you want more creamy eggs, you can add a couple tablespoons of milk to the mixture. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and grease it with either non-stick cooking spray or more butter. Cook the eggs, turning frequently with a spatula until they are fully cooked through. Careful to not overcook them, doing that will make them too dry. The eggs should be firm, while still being fluffy and buttery.
