Flourless Peanut Butter Easter Cookies

Easy classic peanut butter cookies filled with Easter themed sprinkles, made without using any flour. These easy cookies needs no flour or butter to make, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl, and take just a few minutes to put together. Everyone will love these easy soft and chewy peanut butter cookies this Easter or spring.

The only ingredients that you need for these cookies is peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, a large egg, vanilla extract, and some Easter themed sprinkles. All of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
