Soft and chewy peanut butter cookie bars made without any flour in the cookie dough, and filled with fun Christmas themed sprinkles. It is so quick and easy to make this easy cookie dough. Everyone will love these easy soft and chewy cookie bars this Christmas season.

The cookie dough is made by mixing peanut butter with granulated and brown sugar along with egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Then fold in the Christmas themed sprinkles. Press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the cookie bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

Flourless Peanut Butter Christmas Cookie Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
