Flourless Marshmallow Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter with both granulated sugar and brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
