Quick and easy cookie dough that is made to be ate instead of baked. This quick and easy no-bake edible cranberry and white chocolate chip cookie dough is so simple to make. The cookie dough is made safe to eat because the flour is heated in the microwave first, and there is no egg in the dough. Perfect for a day that you just want to eat the cookie dough instead of baking it.

To make the cookie dough, first place the flour into a microwave safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Set aside while you mix the butter, sugar, and milk together. Add the heated flour, and mix until a thick dough forms. Fold the dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips into the mixture. Either serve right away, or store in the fridge until serving.

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, heated in the microwave
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place flour into a medium microwave-safe bowl, and heat for 40 seconds. In a large bowl, combine softened butter with sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in milk, and mix until smooth. Add in the heated flour, mix until a thick dough forms. Fold in dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips. Refrigerate until serving.
