Easter White Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies

Easy classic snowball cookies filled with Easter themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. They are rolled in powdered sugar, just like classic snowball cookies, but with a spring themed twist. Everyone will love these easy buttery cookies this spring or Easter.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic snowball cookie, except for the addition of Easter themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are lightly browned on the bottom. Roll each cookie into the powdered sugar.

 

Easter White Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in flour, mix until it is fully combined.
  • Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll each cookie into the sugar.
