Easy classic snowball cookies filled with Easter themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. They are rolled in powdered sugar, just like classic snowball cookies, but with a spring themed twist. Everyone will love these easy buttery cookies this spring or Easter.
The cookie dough is made similar to a classic snowball cookie, except for the addition of Easter themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are lightly browned on the bottom. Roll each cookie into the powdered sugar.
