Easter Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

Easy homemade edible cookie dough stuffed between two pretzels, and dipped in melted white chocolate. This easy cookie dough is filled with Easter themed sprinkles, and sandwiched between pretzels. It makes the perfect sweet and salty no bake treat to make this Easter.

The cookie dough is made by first heating the flour in the microwave, then mix the butter with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold the Easter themed sprinkles into the cookie dough. Divide the cookie dough between pretzels, then sandwich with another pretzel. Place the pretzel bites into the freezer while you melt the chocolate chips. Melt the chocolate in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Dip half of the pretzel bites into the melted chocolate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Easter Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • pretzels
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place the flour into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for about 40-seconds. In a large bowl, mix butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the flour, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the sprinkles. Divide the cookie dough between half of the pretzels. Sandwich with the remaining pretzels. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Dip half of each pretzel bite into the melted chocolate. Set onto a plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
