Easter Chocolate Chip Blondies

Soft and chewy homemade blondie bars with brown sugar and filled with fun Easter themed sprinkles and chocolate chips. Everyone will love these easy and delicious bars for a fun and simple Easter or spring themed dessert this year.

The batter for the blondies is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large bowl until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased square baking dish and bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

Easter Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles. Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
