Soft and chewy blondie cups for Easter filled with fun Easter themed sprinkles and chocolate chips. Everyone will love these quick and easy blondie cups for a delicious and easy treat this Easter or spring season.

The batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the batter between a paper lined muffin pan and bake until each blondie cup comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before serving.

Easter Chocolate Chip Blondie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add in the flour, salt and baking powder and mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles. Evenly divide the batter between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
