Juicy tender pork tenderloin cooked in the crock-pot makes an easy meal with very little prep work involved. The only prep involved in making this meal, is placing a pork tenderloin in a crock-pot and seasoning it. Then you cover it and let it cook all day, and it is ready to eat by the time it is time for dinner. Served with your favorite vegetables and rice or pasta for a healthy budget friendly meal.
To prepare the pork tenderloin, place it into a greased crock-pot and add in olive oil and soy sauce on top of it. To make the seasoning mixture, I chose to use salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder and cumin. But you can season this pork with any seasonings that you choose. There are many possibilities to season it, such as you can make it more spicy with paprika or you can season it with your favorite seasonings. Cover the pork tenderloin with the crock-pot lid and let it cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or on high heat for 3-4 hours.
