Tender and juicy pot roast slow cooked in the crock-pot along with diced tomatoes and seasoned with Italian seasoning. This easy tasty pot roast is so easy to make with no prep work involved. The roast has an Italian flavor with the Italian seasoning and diced tomatoes. If you wanted to cook the side dishes along with roast, just add in some carrots and potatoes to the crock-pot and let it cook along side the roast. Everything is put into the crock-pot in the morning, then by dinner, you have a ready to eat meal that everyone will love.
You only need four ingredients to make this flavor full roast. Just roast, Italian seasoning, minced garlic and a can of diced tomatoes along with the juices. Place the roast in the crock-pot and season with Italian seasoning. Place the minced garlic on top and pour the can of diced tomatoes along with the juices. Cover and let the roast cook on low heat for 8-10 hours, or on high heat for 5-6 hours. When the roast is fully cooked through, you should be able to easily pull the meat apart.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3-4 pound roast
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained

Instructions
 

  • Place roast into a large greased crock-pot. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with minced garlic and diced tomatoes along with the juices.
  • Cover and let cook on low heat for 8-10 hours, or on high heat for 5-6 hours.
