Crock-Pot Italian Chicken

Creamy and easy shredded chicken with creamy Italian salad dressing and grated parmesan cheese. The chicken is cooked in the crock-pot, making this meal easy to put together in the morning, and have a delicious dinner ready by the evening. Serve with a side of salad and your favorite side dishes for a delicious meal.

The only three ingredients that you need for this chicken is a pound of chicken, a bottle of Italian salad dressing, and some grated parmesan cheese. Place all three ingredients into a large greased crock-pot. Cook over low heat until the chicken can easily be shredded with two forks.

Crock-Pot Italian Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken
  • 1 ( 16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place all three ingredients into a large greased crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and serve.
