Crispy Air-Fryer Tofu

Crispy and delicious tofu cooked crispy in the air-fryer. I sometimes like to make meatless meals for dinner, and making tofu in the air-fryer is one of my favorite meals, because the tofu gets so crispy and delicious. It makes a great dinner served with your favorite vegetables and a side salad. Even if you are not vegan, this tofu will still make a great meal for meatless Mondays.

The only four simple ingredients that you need to make this tofu is tofu that has been pressed, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Press the tofu using either a tofu presser or you can press it with two plates and a weighted object on top. Once the tofu is pressed, cut it into cubes. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Place the tofu into an air-fryer basket. Air-fry until crispy. 

Crispy Air-Fryer Tofu

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. tofu, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. Cut tofu into cubes. In a large bowl, combine tofu with cornstarch and seasonings.
  • Air-fry tofu for 10-12 minutes.
