You only need five simple ingredients to make this dish, just brussels sprouts, olive oil, and some simple seasonings. To prepare the brussels sprouts, trim the ends off of each and cut in half. Mix the brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Spread the vegetables out into an air-fryer basket and air-fry until crispy and fork tender.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. Trim and halve brussels sprouts. In a medium bowl, combine brussels sprouts with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Spread brussels sprouts into the air-fryer basket. Air-fry for 10-15 minutes.
