Creamy Four Cheese Spaghetti

Sharing is caring!

Creamy and cheesy, this delicious spaghetti is coated with a creamy and tasty sauce using four different types of cheese. The creamy cheese sauce is made similar to making a creamy mac and cheese, but instead of elbow pasta, spaghetti noodles are used. It makes a creamy and delicious vegetarian dinner that everyone will love. If you would like, you can even add in some cooked and diced chicken to the pasta. This spaghetti goes great served with a light side salad or garlic bread.

The creamy four cheese sauce is started by cooking minced garlic in melted butter over medium heat until fragrant. Add in flour and cook to brown. Pour in milk along with four types of cheese. The cheese that I used are mozzarella cheese, white cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, and grated parmesan cheese. Cook the mixture until the cheese has fully melted and the sauce has thickened. Mix with the cooked pasta and serve.
