Fluffy and moist vanilla cupcakes with crushed Oreo cookies mixed all throughout the batter. Then topped with a creamy cookies and cream buttercream frosting. They taste just like cookies and cream candy with the combination of vanilla cupcakes and chocolate cookies in each bite. These cupcakes are a sweet and delicious treat to enjoy for any occasion.
The cupcake batter is started with a classic vanilla cupcake batter, if you are short on time, you can even use a premade box mix and mix crushed oreos into the batter. After the cookies have been mixed into the batter, evenly divide it between 12 paper lined muffin cups. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. For the butter cream frosting, beat all of the ingredients together until smooth, adding in more milk as needed, until smooth and creamy. Frost and decorate cupcakes.
