Quick and easy Christmas themed s’mores using saltine crackers instead of traditional graham crackers. The saltine crackers make these easy baked s’mores salty and sweet. Instead of using regular marshmallows for these s’mores, they are given a Christmas themed twist by replacing regular marshmallows for Christmas themed marshmallows. These easy baked s’mores are perfect to enjoy for Christmas in July, or as a Christmas treat.
The only three ingredients that you need for these easy s’mores are saltine crackers, Christmas themed marshmallows, and mini fun size chocolate bars. The crackers are placed in a single layer onto a large baking sheet. Place one Christmas themed marshmallow along with one mini chocolate bar onto each saltine cracker and bake for just a couple of minutes, not to melt the chocolate, but just to soften it. Remove the s’mores from the oven and place the remaining half of saltine crackers on each s’more.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place half of the saltine crackers onto a large baking sheet.
- Place one Christmas marshmallow and one mini chocolate bar onto each cracker. Bake for 2-3 minutes, remove from the oven and sandwich with the remaining saltine crackers.
