Soft and chewy monster cookies filled with peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chips, and M&Ms. Christmas-themed sprinkles are also added to the cookie dough, giving these monster cookie a Christmas twist to them. They have all of the flavors of a classic monster cookie that everyone will love, and the fun addition of sprinkles. These cookies are so chewy and delicious, the perfect cookie to bake this holiday season.

The cookie dough is filled with all of the classic monster cookie flavors. It has peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chips, and M&M cookies. It also includes some Christmas-themed sprinkles giving them a holiday twist on a classic cookie. Form the cookie dough into balls, or use a cookie scoop to place cookies at least 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake until the cookies are done in the center. Let cool completely on cooling racks before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, combine flour, quick oats, salt, and baking soda. In another large bowl, combine softened butter with peanut butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips, m&ms, and sprinkles.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place at least 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
