Quick and easy four-ingredient treat for St. Patrick’s day using only four simple ingredients. Cream filled wafer cookies are covered in melted white chocolate, that is colored green with food coloring, and decorated with green sprinkles. These easy no-bake cookies make the perfect last minute treat to make this St. Patrick’s day that the whole family will love.

The only four ingredients that you need is a bag of white chocolate chips, green food coloring, a package of cream filled wafer cookies, and some St. Patrick’s day themed sprinkles. The chocolate chips are first melted in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. The food coloring is then added into the chocolate. Fully coat each wafer cookie into the melted chocolate, and set them onto a large plate. Decorate each cookie with the sprinkles, and let them sit until the chocolate has completely set.

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • green food coloring
  • cream filled wafer cookies
  • St. Patrick's Day sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Add in the green food coloring and mix until it is fully green.
  • Use a fork to fully coat each wafer cookie into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a plate, and decorate with sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
