The only four ingredients that you need is a box of carrot cake mix, eggs, oats, and vegetable oil. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

• 1 cup quick oats
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Spread the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
2. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
