The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in purple food coloring and then fold in some Halloween themed sprinkles. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and top with a chocolate kiss on each cookie.
Cake Mix Witch Hat Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- purple food coloring
- 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring until it is fully purple. Fold in the sprinkles. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with a chocolate kiss.
