Cake Mix White Chocolate Chip Christmas Snickerdoodle Cookies

Soft and chewy snickerdoodle cookies made with a box of cake mix and made red and green for Christmas, and with white chocolate chips folded into the cookie dough. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and the delicious white chocolate and snickerdoodle flavors. They are perfect to bake this Christmas season.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into two bowls, and mix one with red food coloring and one with green. Fold white chocolate chips into each cookie dough and take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Roll each one into a dish of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • red and green food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into two bowls, and mix one with red food coloring and one with green. Fold 1/2 cup white chocolate chips into each cookie dough.
  • In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
