The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, a box of white cake mix is mixed with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Then Valentine’s day themed sprinkles are folded into the cookie dough. Roll the dough into balls, then roll into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Cake Mix Valentine's Day Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Valentine's day themed sprinkles
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
